Payment Terms
Payment Terms for Custom Embroidery Orders To begin work on any custom embroidery project, we require either: A 70% upfront payment, with the remaining 30% due upon completion, or Full payment of the invoice in advance. Work will not commence until one of these payment options has been fulfilled. This policy helps us ensure timely delivery and maintain the highest quality standards for your custom order.
